Children enrolled in the program are stimulated and nourished with much needed exposure to music education, while learning fun piano ensembles and at home practice techniques.

As a firm believer in the comprehensive music approach, she founded the Keys on Parade group piano program, a quality, tuition-free group piano program serving underrepresented students in the Jacksonville urban core. In August 2014, Dr. Lucy Chen accepted a position as the Assistant Professor of Piano at Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, Florida.
